Teenagers win suit against the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality

A group of teenagers sued the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for failing to protect the environment. The Commission had refused to adopt a "proposed rule that would require reductions in statewide carbon dioxide emissions from fossil fuels."
